I'm Noël. Pertelote Clothing online is basically the shell of a lot of "if I only had the time I'd..." Every once and awhile I will make one-of-a-kind clothing and will sell it on eBay. Right now, I'm selling a lot of Vintage items on eBay that I've collected and either reconstructed or decided to part with.
